Information submitted by you online (such as information about products you purchase from us, your name, address, email address) may be shared with companies with which we have a commercial relationship, including companies through which you reached Laroshe. We will not, except as may be required by law, share with any other party your password information. We may also share information about you (including name, email address, phone number, and postal address) to our marketing partners or other companies with whom we have a commercial relationship so they may contact you about information and services that we feel you would benefit from.

In order to provide you with ease of access to your account and to help administer the laroshe.co.uk service, we may use technology that enables us to recognize you as the account holder and provide you with direct access to your account without requiring you to retype any password or other user identification when you revisit the laroshe.co.uk service. You can choose not to take advantage of this feature on your computer by unchecking the box "Keep me logged in" when you log in to the website. We only show this when we are enabling this technology.
If you share or otherwise allow others to have access to your account, they will be able to see your information (including in some cases personal information) such as your order history, product history, reviews and account information (including your email address or other information in Your Account). This remains true even if you use our Users feature. Users allow different users to be granted access to your laroshe.co.uk service.
Laroshe takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and offline.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just “surfing.”
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18. In order to subscribe to Laroshe’s services, the member must be 18 or over.
You can access your personally identifiable information collected by Laroshe by logging into your account and visiting the “Settings” section of the website. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
To make requests, or if you have any other question regarding our privacy practices, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may reject requests that are unreasonable or not required by law, including those that would be extremely impractical, could require disproportionate technical effort, or could expose us to operational risks such as free trial fraud. We may retain information as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including to honour your choices, for our billing or records purposes and to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Statement
Should you have other questions or concerns about these privacy policies, please contact Customer Support.
