Returns Policy

We're sure that you'll adore your purchase from us, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with it, please see our returns policy below.

  • Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

  • Laroshe is happy to refund your purchase within 30 days of the shipped date for unwanted items, consumers have 14 days in which they must inform us to cancel their contract with us.

    IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend before ordering an item to ensure that you have taken into account the measurements of an item so that they can be delivered with ease and are accessible through the necessary entry points.

    If you already know that you do not want the item(s) upon delivery you MUST still receive your order and then contact our Customer Service team to arrange a convenient collection time.(see How To Return Your Item section for further details)  

    Please do not send any items yourself to any of our addresses or give unwanted items back to our courier service upon delivery. If you do this it may affect you receiving a full refund from us.

    For any unwanted items, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We incur a collection service charge, which will be determined by the weight of the product in which you have purchased.

    Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item back at our warehouse and will be credited to the original payment card. We will email you to confirm your return has been received by us and your refund is being processed. Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

    Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any exchanges.

     

  • Changing or cancelling an order

  • If for any reason you wish to cancel or change the details of your order, i.e colour or size, you may do so before we despatch your product from our warehouse, which will be indicated through the despatch confirmation email we'll send to you. Once you have received an email from us detailing the despatch of your products from our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further changes to your order. Therefore, please read your confirmation email carefully to make sure that all of the information is correct.

    If you decide you would like to cancel your order after we have sent you a despatch email, you have 14 days from the date this email was sent to inform us. (see below for How To Return Your Item)

    IMPORTANT: Once you have received the unwanted items you must contact our Customer Services team to arrange a collection.  

     

  • Damaged or faulty orders

  • At Laroshe quality is imperative, so we do our best to ensure that the products we deliver will be up to our standards. However, we still strongly encourage you to carefully check your items once they have arrived and make sure they are intact.

    If in any case you receive a damaged/faulty item, you must contact us immediately stating your order number and details of the damage/fault.

    Email: support@laroshe.co.uk -  Please provide as much detail as you can, including photographs if possible.

    If we agree to the nature of the fault we will arrange for a collection free of charge and either issue a full refund on receipt of them item, or organise a replacement to be delivered to you.

    PLEASE NOTE: You have 30 days from the shipped date to return any orders.

     

    How To Return Your Item

    Once you have received the unwanted items from us you must contact our Customer Services team ASAP to arrange a collection. You can cancel your purchase and return the item if you inform us within 14 days from the date of delivery, providing the item is not damaged.

    Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you.

    Collections can take up to 14 days to be booked in with the courier collection network. We will email you to confirm safe receipt of the item and the status of your refund.

    PLEASE NOTE: The item and it’s condition are your responsibility until we have received it back at our warehouse, unless stated otherwise. (see Damaged or Faulty orders).  We reserve the right to consider the condition of any item that your have returned to us. On any account we see usage of the product, any damages to the product or packaging(unless stated otherwise), we reserve the right to make deductions to the refund paid to you.
